What data we process
When you fill in the contact form or email us, we process the details you provide yourself:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (if you fill it in)
- The content of your message and the service you selected
This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and does not track your browsing behaviour. That is why you will not see a cookie banner.
What we use your data for
We use your data solely to:
- respond to your request or question;
- prepare a free, no-obligation proposal or quote;
- stay in touch with you during any project.
The legal basis is your request for contact (performance of, or steps towards, an agreement) and our legitimate interest in answering questions properly. We do not use your data for any other purpose and never sell it.
The contact form and our processor
Our contact form is handled technically by Web3Forms. They receive the details you submit and forward them to us by email. Web3Forms acts as a processor; your data is only used to deliver your message to us. More information is available in the Web3Forms privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy.
How long we keep your data
We do not keep your request longer than necessary:
- If it does not lead to a collaboration, we delete your message no later than 12 months after the last contact.
- If you become a client, we keep your data as long as needed for the project and to meet our legal retention obligations (7 years for our administration).
Who we share data with
We only share your data with parties needed to deliver our service, such as our form processor (Web3Forms) and, during a collaboration, our hosting and email provider. We do not provide your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to the processing. Want to exercise these rights? Send an email to info@websitewensen.nl and we will arrange it as soon as possible. If you disagree with something, you can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Security
This website runs entirely over a secure connection (HTTPS) and we take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss or unauthorised access.
